1. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our shop and add any items that you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Add to your Enquiry" buttons. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
The view cart facility give you the opportunity to checkout the order.
When you receive confirmation of an order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will also have to confirm your trade/wholesale credentials as we are a long established supplier to the trade and wish to preserve the integrity of our business with the trade.
2. Shipping And Handling All UK Mainland orders will be subject to a small carriage charge which will be notified after we receive your enquiry.
Northern Ireland deliveries are charged at a higher rate, please email for us to quote accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE THE COMPANY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD PARTIES RECEIVING AND SIGNING FOR GOODS AT YOUR STATED ADDRESS IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM FOR NON-DELIVERY.
