What is your returns policy?

Only products that are defective, faulty or unfit for purpose may be returned to us

What products are non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons we are unable to give refunds on our filled products (duvets, pillows & mattress toppers)  unless they prove to be faulty or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you want to cancel your order

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us by  e-mail or telephone. We aim to process all cancellations as soon as we can, however if an order has been processed and dispatched then we cannot accept a cancellation. Any cancellation to be effective must be confirmed by us to you by email

How do I return a faulty or defective item?

Please contact us on 01925 245 496 with full details of the faulty product and we will arrange for the item to be returned and subsequently inspected by a member of our quality control team.

The phone is manned at the following times:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am - 4pm
  • Friday 9am - 1pm
